Award follows achilles tendon injury.

The CNCI team helped a Claimant to recover a settlement from the Defendant, following an injury as a result of tripping over a defective paving slab.

The Claimant sustained a ruptured Achilles tendon and required physiotherapy following the fall.

Initially the Defendant denied any liability and proceedings were issued against them. The team ensure that negotiations continued throughout the claim and a settlement was able to be reached before the trial took place.
